For customers within Australia we also accept personal cheque, money order, direct deposit and cash (pick-ups only). Please note: for cheques add 3-5 days extra delivery time to allow time for funds to clear.Refunds
We endeavour to give you descriptions true to the book's condition however, should you find your purchase to be incorrectly described, damaged or not what you ordered, please do not hesitate to contact us. Refunds will only be issued if you contact us in writing (Contact Us) with the details of the discrepancy within 7 days of the book arriving at your postal address. Alternatively, you can phone us to advise there will be a delay in your written communication.
Shipping Terms
Customer to pay postage costs (and any taxes relevant to the destination country). Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days and an email will be sent to you advising you of your order's progress. Any shipping costs quoted are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
